Deaf students can obtain basic and secondary education in the following schools: Tallinn Helen’s School, Tartu Hiie School, Porkuni School and Narva Paju School.

In Tallinn Helen’s School, bilingual teaching method is used.

Tartu Hiie School uses oral teaching method.

Deaf students with additional special needs study at Porkuni School.

In Narva Paju School, students are taught in Russian.
